Help finding support group.
Hello. I am trying to find a support group in the Orange county NY area. I will travel from here to NYC. I am currently 8 months post op and down 113lbs. I just need to talk to some people that are going through the same things im going through. I had my surgery in CT and not really interested in going to there support group just because I can't drive 4 hours for a meeting. If anyone could help me out please let me know.

that is a bariatric storeowned by 2 of our bariatric patients
They have a support group in Fishkill. I think it moved from All-sport. Call them and I think the have a support group in Orange County.
The leader of the group is Lisa Megna. You can call the store and ask for her

Kate: I live in Middletown, my surgeon is Dr. Kwon on Crystal Run Road. He has several support group sessions, I'm not sure if you have to be his patient to attend though. I won't tell if you won't tell!
