Orthopedist in NYC?!

Hi!

Does anyone know of a good orthopedist who "gets" the plastic surgery debacle? I'm trying to get HealthNet to cover my panniculectomy (i.e part of my body lift!), but I need to have a doctor help me prove the stress on my lower back, etc...

Shira, I am having all my stuff documented by the dermatologist, chiropractor, pcp and plastic surgeon.
The orthopedist wanted me in physical thearpy --I saw three different one and none of them "got it".
