Go Jamie! Sounds like you're on the right track. I just recently started regular exercise again. I make sure to walk at least 35-40 minutes every day with my new puppy. It's good for both of us!!! I am leaving for vacation on Cape Cod for two weeks on Saturday, so there'll be plenty of swimming, beach walking, and biking in store.

I always have the same experience after dropping the ball with regular exercise which is: IT FEELS SO GOOD!!

Duh!!!

Well, I made it through the popcorn-less day & so far so good. It was a nutty day at the office so I am going to relax tonight - tomorrow I go to the gym!! Woo Hoo!!

Off to make some dinner... no taters, of course!!!

Well, I made it through the first few days & I'm not gonna lie... it was tough!! Work was a bear so I am sure that had something to do with it but I will not let those turkeys get me down!!!!

I walked at least 2 miles every day at lunch so that was good & I am hoping to get to the gym sometime this weekend again! I think I am going to check out a membership of my own so I don't have to rely on my friend. I really do like the place so it will be worth it!

Thanks for the support! I'd be lost without it!!!

This is the mindset tohelp you succeed! You go and you ARE WORTH THE GYM membership! Both the tine and money is a gift to you!

Also great to hear you ARE NOT GIVING AWAY YOUR PERSONAL POWER OF CHOICES TO OTHERS, YOU ARE BREAKING OUT FROM THE VICTIM ROLE, just as we all can do! YEAH!
I am back from 3 glorious days in NH/Maine...loved it, so much beach walking, relaxation too! (great shooppng in Kittery!) and overall I love seafood!

OMG - Maine is one of my favorite places in the world... ok, out of all the places I've been so far anyway!!! I remember the last time I went to Kittery... came home broke!!! ...but in a good way!!! It was a trip my mom & I took to see my cousin & her family. I miss my mom - she was always good for a spur of the moment trip!!! We used to always bring back a cooler full of lobsters for everyone who didn't go with us!!! Too funny!!! I think I might need to take a trip next year to see my cousin & her family... I haven't seen them since mom died!! (She lives near Kittery!)

Yeah - I am trying very hard to stay positive & for the most part I am. I am just human & trying to deal with the issues one at a time!! I have a lifetime to work on it all!! After all, Rome wasn't built in a day!!!

Thanks for your support - it really means a lot!!!
