Where in NY??

I am just looking forward to trying some proteins, attending a support group and anxiously awaiting my initial appt on 8/28 for the info session.

Once you went to your 1st appt things seemed to move right along. The 12 weeks medifast??? I wonder if this is for everyone. What was your pre-op weight? I am about 215lbs at 5'2". I am hoping to have everything done before Xmas. Hmmmmm......

Not much to add about Ellis.  I am very happy with my decision to have surgery there and I am very happy with my care.  any questions, send me a message.
