frustrated in buffalo,ny

Good Morning Everyone-

I am a little frustrated- for over 6 month now-
I have tried to contact Dr. Caurana office as well as Dr. Posner office-
I recieved the application -filled out and sent in- it took me month just to see if they recieved the application as Dr posner office and and went to the seminar and i have an appt sometime this month- I have tried numerous of times to call to see when my appt was and to see if we could up the appt-
Well of course no response- but I do know that they finaly gave me an appt date this month- at Dr posner after calling them several times- but like I said I am not sure when it is-
As for dr caurana I have called and several times tried to conatct through email - at the website they have for info etc-
Just frustrated that they dont even return my emails or phone calls-
Any advice or suggestions-
Also my concern is - that if I cant reach them now how will I reach them in an emergency? will they return my calls then(I mean after surgey)-

I'm very surprised that Dr. Caruana's office doesn't call you back??? Very strange...if you are close...you might wanna stop by to see them..Good Luck.

I am VERY surprised as well about Dr. C's office.  I know I had problems with the website once that it was down.  I know they won't even talk to you until you have taken the online test from their site,,have you done that yet,,it's very simple.  Try that if you haven't all ready.  Don't get discouraged,,your too early in the game for that.  Good luck, he's well worth the wait and I know you won't be disappointed with his office once you make that initial contact.

Sorry for your frustration, but don't give up. I like the idea of just stopping by their office. I use Synergy too and have never had a problem with them returning my calls. Seems like I never get an actual person and have to leave a message, but someone always calls me back. Best of luck to you, Ape

Did you do the webinar at Carauna's office--if so the paperwork you download gives you all the information you have to complete before they will set up an appointment with you.  It is very clear and anytime I called the office after completing and sending in my info things went very fast and smooth.  I am scheduled for surgrey on Sept. 8 and they are very good at returning my calls but you HAVE TO COMPLETE all the pre-work before you are seen.  I began in March with the webinar and in May had my pysch appt and end of June my nutritionist appt--I met with Caruana's office the same week.

Just complete all the requirements and things will go smoothly--good luck to you!
