hi everyone, I really want to get into a support group, I had my lap band surgery in october of 2007, after that I got pregnant with twins, and I you know you have get some of the liquid out of the lap band so you can eat normal, but now I'm back to normal, and will start shrinking my lapband again, but i definitelly know I need help along the way, I tried it alone already and lost only 30 pounds, but this time I really want better results,
