Hi everyone....

Just wanted to brief everyone. I have been very very busy the last couple of months so I dont get to post as often as I would like or to respond as much as I would like and I am really sorry. See first of all anyone who knows me knows once summer rolls around im out of here lol...So between work, the kids and the beach im on here for ab out a minuite and then off again. I also have been dealing with sick grandparents which has not been easy. My gramps who will be 88 this week was in the hospital for about 4 weeks and just came home on my birthday wednesday. As they roll him into his home the doctor calls and my grandmother needs to get to the er immediatly some kind of internal bleeding suspected from some tests she had done so she was admitted on my birthday. Then there is the O2 24 hours a day and a home attendant and yada yada yada. So in between making sure they are taken care of im running the kids to the parks, beaches and pools to make sure they have a great summer too.....so TIRED is the word of the day lately for me.

As far as eating, i have to say i am not making the best choices this summer. I have slipped up a few times and think i may have put on a couple of pounds maybe around 4 or 5. Not to bad but its a slipery slope and i have to be careful to get back on track ....even had a slice of cake at work and one at home for my birthday..ugh....well i keep getting told its bad luck if i dont hahaha.....

anyway i just wanted you all to know that i am still here, sorry not as supportive as i should be but here....and hope everyone is enjoying their summer... xoxoxo __________________
