My Appeal Was Turned Down

Well it is now official. My appeal was turned down and now I am appealling to the New York State Department of Insurance like I had to for the lapband. My insurance doesn't want to pay for my revision to RNY. I just have to contact the doctor's office on Monday to find out if I should file a regular external appeal or an expedited one.
Everything is in legal language but I think that the expecited one is if I was going to die in a day or two without the surgery... I'm pretty sure that I need to do the regular external appeal...Lots of paperwork and lots of things to get mailed to our state capitol in Albany. Please wish me luck!
