Gain

Could someone please help me ? I have gained and cant seem to get back on track. I recently moved to Rome NY and need to find a Dr to follow up with havent seen my Dr in a year. I need to find a support group too I guess I am going to have to maybe go to Syracuse or somewhere farther away. BUT COULD SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME IN DESPARATE NEED OF SOME ASSISTANCE HERE . For a Support group, I'd recommend the Camden group.  VERY nice, friendly, caring.  They meet on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month.    If you'd like more info, let me know.
