Thanks guys for everything...my last post I was at a LONG stall and stuck at 237!! Today I am 228...I cant believe Im in the 220's! So EXCITED here! Thanks for all your encouragement!

Great news...I can sooo relate...I have had lots of stalls. I am now only 3 pounds from my personal goal and stalling!!! YIKE! Keep up the good work!

That is awesome!! I am so excited for you!! I have had a 3 week stall that finally broke - I have 2 weeks before my 9 month follow up & thank god the scale is moving again!!! Stalls suck!!

Keep up the great work!!! I can't wait to see the 220s too!!
