Got a call from the coordinator, said just recieved the fastest approval ever. FINALLY faxed over my packet to insurance around 10am got approval phone call at 2pm.
Said the hopsital schedular will call with surgery date, Should be around first week of September.... so 7 weeks away.. I"m sure it'll go pretty quick

Terrific news. Yes, it will go by quickly. September will be a great month to have the surgery. Nothing is really going on and by the holidays,you should see significant weight loss and feeling much better.
This will also give you time to start getting into the Post-op mode. Try to exercise if you are able, practice to increase your water intake by sipping, wean off the cigs if you smoke and decresae your caffiene intake. All these things will help you to adjust to your post life after WLS.
