Update..I posted pictures
Hello All,
I am now 3 months out, and feeling GREAT. This stalling crap sux tho! I have lost 74 lbs...and nothing in almost one month. I dont understand it, because I dont eat much at all. I am trying to up my H2O intake, and I just started a cycling class and aerobics class at the YMCA...I hope this all helps. I started at 307 the day of surgery and am at 237! No more HBP or migrains, I dont even have to use my C-PAP anymore, Thank GAWD! I feel so good, but want to be under 200lbs so bad! I graduated from nursing school, and got a job in Saratoga as an LPN that I will start soon, I am very excited. I got the award for the most professional nurse...I did post some pics, take a look! Thanks everyone for all your support! Your all the best!
Kristy
Well, look at you!! You look fantastic and SO HAPPY!
You are doing amazingly well.
Congratulations on everything ... the weight loss, the graduation, the new job, the award, the newly-found good health, the beautiful family.
Yeah, stalls suck ... but your body needs some time to adjust to that big weight loss in such a short period of time. I've been on a stall for about 2-3 weeks now, and I haven't lost as much weight as you and my surgery was before yours!! I guess it will come in its own time schedule, not on OUR time schedule!
Keep up the great work --
Maria

Hi Kristy,
Congrats on your graduation, AND on your job! You've accomplished so much. You, your proud parents and daughter look great, thanks for sharing those pics.
I hope you're eating enough--sometimes our body goes into starvation mode, but I'm sure you know that. If you're doing everything right, that scale will move soon.
take care,
