dr caurana in buffalo ny

anyone have caruana in buffalo- can you tell me about his process and how long it took?

I am currently in the process. It seems to be taking a long time. Just saw Dr. Lelito for the psych eval. He takes 2 weeks to get his report in before you can make an appt. with the Dr. There are others that may be able to help more

I had Dr. Caruana...my first appointment was the first week in Feb and I had my surgery the second week in May...about 90 days.  I had Dr Levy for my psch. evalualation..he faxed over his recomendation...I thought it was a very speedy result, but it was last year...maybe his business has gone up.  Good luck! After having considered wls for the last 5 years ( I know way too long), I called Dr. Carauna on January 3 this year for information and paperwork.  After all is said and done, I had my surgery last Friday, June 27.  For such a life changing experience I don't thing 6 months was long at all. Dawn

I have Dr. Caruana. The whole process took 3 mos for me. I started it in the middle of March and just had surgery last Monday. Good luck to you! PS...Dr. Caruana is a great man and excellent surgeon!
