Curlier hair
We are perplexed. So many people have experienced hair loss after surgery. Fortunately, I have not. But, my natural wavy and somewhat curly hair has turned to "super curly" in the last month!!!
I am a little over a year out from WSL (having met my doctor's goal and now trying to reach mine of 19 more lbs) and the only change is my diet (what I eat). Same hair cut (beautician), same products, everything the same.
Could the change in diet have an impact and create this phenomenon?
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

This is not all that uncommon after major surgery. My next door neighbor had knee surgery a couple of years ago. She always had straight hair and now it is super curly. As myself, I was on a medication that induced menopause for Endometriosis. After the treatment was over, my wavy hair became very curly. It eventually went back to being wavy. Megan
