I'm home !

I'm home from surgery.   A couple of rough days, but over all everything went well.  Dr. Fitzer and the staff at  Faxton-St. Lukes Hospital were wonderful!  The nurses are amazing ! Thank you all so much.  I'm having a tough time drinking or even thinking about wanting to drink, my wonderful husband acts like a drill sergeant nurse.... he keeps reminding me sip, sip,sip,,,,, walk, walk walk.  God I love him .   thanks for all your support.

Welcome home.. it is a rough start.I know. I have to remind myself to sip with my hubby being back to work now. but for being just 1 week out... it was so worth it. I really wouldnt change my mind. Walking is tough and getting my family to remember that I NEED to. They want to be helpful and dote on me some, which isnt the norm.. but I have to remind them that I must move and walk.
