DS surgeon

Hello!

I have made my decision to go with the 'DS.

Although I am hoping to have surgery with Dr L. in Michigan, I am wondering if anyone can reccomend another DS surgeon in the North East USA.  I'm in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.  I had an appt with him last week that had to be cancelled due to the huge power outages, and now I'm looking at August, which is quite a ways, and I'm scared I will miss out on the approval from the Provincial medical system.

Any help???

hi audrey! it's a stretch, but you could try dr mitchell roslin at the manhattan minimally invasive and bariatric clinic at the lenox hill hospital.  he is my surgeon, and i'm really happy with him.  the team of doctors there performs a wide range of wls procedures.  i got sleeved 6/3/08 and am doing extremely well. you can look them up at:  www.nycbariatrics.com  or you can call 1-888-why-weight. hope this helps! dee
