Jim,
Yes you are right, just changing those habits are very hard to do.
I know I will get there, someday!

Hey honey!
Nice to see your post. Congrats on your 3 year surgiversary. It's hard to believe it's been 3 years!!! Wow, time flies when you're changing your life, huh?
Are you feeling overwhelmed with the small regain or are you at peace with it?
I gained back 14 and have lost about 6 or 7 of it. I never actually got to my own personal goal, so I wasn't at peace with regaining when I hadn't gotten where I wanted in the first place. My 2 year surgiversary was in the beginning of May.
I've separated from my miserable marriage, started back for a master's degree in nursing, and got a new puppy to boot. It's been quite a year, but all in all, I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat. Very challenging, but worth it.
Tell us more about you. How's work? Are you taking a vacation this summer? How's the hubby? How's your state of mine?
Do tell....
Big hugs to you,
Amy

Amy,
My state of mind has not been very good really! I am taking steps to get myself back into the right frame of mine but change comes slow! Much work! I never reached my own goal either so at this point I am looking at losing 50 lbs and I think I would be ok with it. I am trying very hard to accept my weight right now but it is not working very well.
I will send you an email hun to talk more about that.
Wow you have had some year yourself! Congrats on getting back to school, that is a big thing! Work is going well for me now and I think hubby and I are going to be waiting until Dec to go to Canada to see his family.
~hugs~
