Hey I do feel great.  i find myself being able to walk for long periods of time....Do more on the ball with weight.  I am trying not be focused on thesclae BUT i must admitt it is hard not too at this point.  I kow that it si not healthy and that it is how we feel and not what we weigh!!!  I love this surgery.  Even though I have had many complication maybe not as mcuh as other I would do this 12 more times if I had too and I have been asked that question by netsayers at work.  I will aslway be grateful for all the supprt that I ahve had on here and at our group in Saratoga!!  I try to eat as healthy as I can.  Protien is the key and I must say yogurt feels better that chicken BUT I eat the chicken.  I will not lie and say that i dod not treat my self to bites here and there.  I make sure that I stop B4 i am full.  I do not like that full feeling m it is not comfortable!!  I do find that someday I can eat more than others it definetly depends on what you are eating !!!  I am adjusting to the life style change!!  I know that old habits die hard so I always have that in the back of my mind!!  I have excepted that I will always have and addition to food.  BUT  now i have the too to help me make the right choices NOT that I always will.      I must say to all how read this thank you for all your support!!! XXOO Bridgit

I know how you feel. I am 7 months out and some days it seems like I can eat so much and other days I dont even feel like eating anything. I have to make myself eat sometimes. Once in a while I sneek in a little bite of the "forbidden foods". This way I know I had it and it is over. Good luck to you and keep up the good work. Christine
