For those who like Grapes...

A co-worker of mine brought in an apple from wegmans called a "grapple" It is a combo apple and grape! formed like an apple, smells and tastes grapeish so we could have the best of both worlds... sweet huh?

That's a new one on me. Never heard of it. Now I have to search the island for one 'cause it sounds delish.  Alas. There are no Wegmans here.

They also have them at Trader Joe's and Whole Foods


201 pounds lost since surgery!! And I'm 2 1/2 inches taller too!!

And YES I still eat Carbs and Fats but I know what portion control is!!
