Maria, CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU!!!  You are doing an awesome job!  You are so brave to have the surgery after your scare earlier...you are my hero!  I just came home from my one-year follow-up visit to Dr. Caruana...118 down...9 to go to my personal goal.  We even discussed maintenance...it was thrilling!  Good luck...you deserve it. Maria      You looked absolutely great yesterday.   Surgery did you well.    It is a blessing to have this 2nd chance at a more normal life, without the depression, pain, medications and all the ailments that we get from being overly obese.      Keep smiling and you will succeed.
