I can't believe that I am actually by-passed. I have so many emotions right now but mostly and just happy. I do keep thinking though what if I am the one that for some reason doesn't lose? I am really for my new lifestyle and cant wait to really be able to begin.

I agree with the others that we all felt like that.  But you will loose and start to look great in know time.  Just remember take it easy and keep sipping and walking as much as you can.  Take care. Tracy

Jeanette, Congratulations on making it to the loser's bench. I am almost 9 months out and still often can't believe that I had the surgery. It is an unbelievable ride the first year, so hold on tight and ENJOY!! Hugs, Lisa

Jeanette, It's totally normal to feel that way.  Just get on the 'positive thinking' train and you will be fine!  You'll be fine anyway but it does help :).  Blessings and congrats on your surgery!!
