Here are my answers.....what are yours?
1. What types of food did you eat last week?
Steak, shrimp, eggplant parmigianna, veal milanese,chili, stuffed shells, meatballs, lots and lots of cheese's, strawberries, cantaloupe, peaches, cold cuts, pretzels, ff pringles, honey mustard pretzels (do not buy them, way too addictive!), oatmeal, yogurt with granola and fruit. A few protein shakes. 2. What types of exercise did you do last week?
Went to the gym 4 times....slightly slacking!
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss?
Maintained my 120lb weightloss....yay!
4. What was your biggest challenge?
The freakin carb monster came to visit....again!!!
I REALLY NEED TO KILL THE SOB!!!!
5. What is your recommendation on a high protein new food that you may have tried this past week?
I finally tried the unjury protein powder. I mixed a chocolate packet with a banana, some wheat germ, peanut butter, vanilla yogurt and skim milk in the blender...yummy and lots of good protein! Trying to get back to one protein shake every morning...we'll see how it goes!

My absolute favorite WOW moment is the day I realized that my thighs no longer rubbed....only you pear shaped ladies/men will be able to appreciate that one!

Sounds like a great idea!!
1. What types of food did you eat last week?
chicken, chicken & more chicken!! oh & some shrimp, cottage cheese, yogurt, fruit & the best 1/2 turkey sandwich I've had in years!! (ok, half the bread but the turkey ROCKED!!)
2. What types of exercise did you do last week? I walked a lot but I did join Curves Friday night so tonight is my first appt!! Woo Hoo!!
3. How much weight did you lose? Total loss?
about 3.5lbs, I think. Total of 148.4 (I think - I'll have to look at my ticker)
4. What was your biggest challenge?
Breaking the daily piece of chocolate!! I did it - thank god - not a good habit!!
5. What is your recommendation on a high protein new food that you may have tried this past week?
I didn't really try anything new.

hmmm, I found a pic from my 10th HS reunion (1994) & I think my face looks thinner now than it did in that pic!! Could be my imagination!! I also finally got in my butt into that smaller size pair of jeans hanging in my closet!! I lowered the tilt steering wheel to it's original height!! Have a great week everyone!! Cece
