Vitamin C

I went for my 6 month checkup and was told to stop taking Vitamin C. It is being linked to kidney stones in bariatric patients who take it after the surgery. Just wanted to share this little bit of info.  Christine

Interesting! Thanks for sharing!! Did you take additional vitamin C in addition to your regular vitamin? Just curious. I am waiting for the results of my 6 months bloodwork to come back. As a matter of fact I have to go today to give them a little more because the darn lab screwed up & didn't use what they had wisely!!! I guess 9 vials wasn't enough!!!  UGH!!  Cece

Yes! I took an additional Vitamin C plus my multivitamin 2x per day. I go Friday for my bloodwork. Don't you just love it when they do that. Christine

Yeah & I hate giving blood!!!! So my day consists of a mammogram & drawing more blood... who could ask for more fun?!!! Oh yeah & fighting for parking in downtown Albany because of some forum going on there today!! This is why I don't usually drive in to work!!!
