I have always recommended this publication but after finishing last night the latest issue I have to share, it was totally dedicated to wt regain after wls and was awesome! If you do not subscribe please consider and ask for this issue!!!!

Jamie; Thanks for telling me about this publication.   I have been absorbing all the articles on their website.  I am going to definitely subscribe to it.     Is that the May issue that you have with all the articles about the weight regain?   I want to make sure to ask it.    Thanks again Sally

Yes May is the issue, back issues can be ordered for $4 each but with the 1 yr subscripion of $25!

They kindly sent a whole bunch of back issues free to me as a support group leader! I had enough for AMCS general group and will also give to my Saratoga group in June!
