good morning.. kind of new here
My name is Jessica and I am seeing Dr cole in Elmira and this Thursday I go to see Angie for my PA visit with her for my intake. Then on the 29th I see Dr. Cole for his formal intake visit. From what I am understanding , since I have been through my support group sessions, my 4 hour session, individual sessions with nut and soc worker, the rest is in the hands of the insurance company. To my knowledge I have no reason for cardiac clearance as I have never had any underlying cardiac issues or been seen by a cardiolgist or any other specialist for that matter.
I do have plenty of other issues that my primary has been trating me for for years like degenerative disc and bone disease, migranes, yadda yadda, and the biggest is obviously obesity.
I am getting kind of excited as these dates get closer. I have been keeping a food diary to remind myself of my accountability to eat and eat healthy.. as skipping meals is easy for me to do when the kids arent home.I have heard said by at least 3 others that having the same insurance .. they were scheduled within 2 weeks of their intake appointment with the dr. ! 2 weeks. ! Exciting but I am thinking I should 1) not get my hopes up and 2) just keep a fairly clear and loose schedule around that time frame just in case. What do you all think?
maybe I should address it
when I go in for the appointment Thursday.
I am soooo excited
at the prospects this new opportunities for health this is going to open up. being able to get out of bed without all of the aches and pains and the extra weight on my joints..
Anyways.. I am rambling.. thanks for reading....
