Wednesday Morning Coffee Talk
I hope you've had a great nights sleep. I was up 'till 3 a.m. and I'm still sleepy. I think after I get the kiddos off to school, I'm headed back to bed. We made out honeymoon choice today and I am excited. I was up looking at the site. I love Lucy and can not wait till she is my wife. I'm so blessed by God that he gave me such an awesome woman to share the rest of my life with
Our challenge for today is to choose. After making wedding choices and choosing this and that, that is what is on my mind now. Choose to lose today! Choose to get to goal. Choose to be determined to GET IT DONE! Choose to get to that size you want. Choose to do what you know is right in eating, sipping, and staying FOCUSED on weight loss! We can do this ya'll. We can get back on track. We can do what ever we CHOOSE to do! RIGHT!!!??
So, what are you sipping on? I am sipping on some awesome Maxwell House regular blend. The stuff sho nuff i****tin' the spot this morning.

So.. you have made your honeymoon choice.. whens the big day? Congrats!
I am about to be sipping on some wonderful folgers decaf with splenda vanilla flavors. We have started making our coffee on the stove in a camping coffee pot instead of in the typical electric brewer.I am readying my body for the changes I am excited to be taking on. Hubby has made that decaf change with me and it took just a short while and a couple small headaches and I really do not mind the smooth taste of decaf.
I rejected it at first thinking I would need coffee IV.. lol but I knew it was that first big step in making the needed changed for a healthy change.
Not so much a great nights sleep.. the morning came very early, but thanks goodness hubby took my late bedtime to heart and took our eldest for a early morning test so I could sleep a touch more.
I am making a concious choice today to go to the gym for an hour before work--- 1) to save on gas since I am out that way anyhow... and 2) because I need to make that effort to get there more often.
