WIll be in NY for summer. Know where to get a fill?

HI. I'm from Arkansas and am leaving on Monday for Watkins Glen NY until August. I'm 2wks post lapband and am wondering if anyone knows where to get fills. I called Dr Moon in Horseheads and he said he would not help me. IF anyone knows somewhere else to go I would appreciate it. Thanks!!!!!!

I could be wrong (for your sake, I hope I AM wrong).... but I don't think there would be any doc willing to handle that, particularly since you're so soon out, and haven't yet had your first fill.... I would think most (if not all) docs would refer you back to your original surgeon. Best of luck though.

You could give the surgeon i'm seeing a call.  He is actually probably one of the closest ones to Watkins.   He isn't a specialist in  WLS, (as in that is all he does).   He does specialize in abdominal surgery ,doing all surgeries that are needed in the stomach area..   So his office might be worth contacting..

My doc is in Syracuse, which is less than an hour and a half from Watkins Glen (I believe).  I'm not sure my doc would want to do it either, but it's worth the call.  Send me a message and I'll give ya his number. Good Luck~!
