Kristy,
Sorry to hear that you are so dizzy. Before your surgery, what was a normal blood pressure for you. If 118 is quite a bit lower than what you are used to you might feel dizzy, even though your blood pressure is not technically low.
Your blood sugar could be on the low side. Do you have a friend that has a glucose meter and you could check it? although I would think the dizziness should get better within an hour or so of eating.
Could you have something going on with your ears, fluid in the ear can make you dizzy.
Jamie's comment about dehydration also could be a cause, I know several people have mentioned that not drinking enough is one reason for stalls.
Most people with a UTI have to urinate very frequently, will complain of burning with urination. fever, chills, cloudy urine. Not too many people can tolerate a UTI for very long.
Your idea to see your PCP, is a very good idea. You should not be feeling dizzy like this.
