AMC I'm a comin'....tomorrow

Tomorrow is the big day. I am actually a lot calmer than I thought I would be. I can't say that I won't totally be distracted at work all day but hey that's alright. So please cross your fingers for me, say a prayer... whatever you feel is right. And I will see you all on the other side.

Tara, Good luck tomorrow.  You'll do GREAT!!!!  FYI the nurses at AMC.......AWESOME!!!!  Even the staff at the nurses station in the middle of the floor were so encouraging.  They would cheer me on as I walked my laps.  I couldn't have asked for more.  Definately bring a fan the place is like an oven. I was up there again last week for two days with my husband and it was just as hot.  I brought pj's even though other people didn't think it was neccesary.  I preferred feeling covered up when I walked. I also brought my mp3 player and was able to sleep with that on when I had a noisy room mate. Someone had suggested bring face and hand wipes. They were very handy.  I would doze frequently and it was refreshing to sit up and wipe off my hands and face before I stood up. I'll be thinking of you when I'm at AMC tomorrow morning for my follow up. Remember what everyone says, everyday you feel better. Dominique
