Approval: BCBS (Monroe Plan out of Rochester)

Does anyone have this insurance & if yes did you have any problems getting approval? I just got the insurance april 1st so not sure what to expect with them & would like to avoid any disappointments... thanks

I have BCBS in Rochester and I was approved very quickly. Less than a week to get my approval letter in the mail. Good luck!

I have BCBS of Central NY, they told me over the phone that once they received the paperwork from the Surgeon, I would get an answer in 3 business days,  the surgeon sent the information in on a Monday, I had my approval letter in my hand that Thursday afternoon. BCBS is very quick, and from what I've read if its medically needed they will approve you.   Good Luck!!
