Payday High Protein Energy Bars

Okay I am no doubt going to get some people that are going to say, wait isn't Payday a "CANDY BAR"?  Yes it is but this is their "healthy bar"  Is it for everyone? no.  Is it better than some of the "nurition bars" out there?  I think so.  I did a full review on my blog along with some samples of the  sugar, carbohydrate, and protein in other "healthy" bars.  You decide.  I like them and don't dump on them and they fill me up for a lot longer than many other bars out there.  They even have quite a few vitamins and minerals in them. http://luvsexytrstno1.blogspot.com/2008/04/payday-pro-high-p rotein-energy-bar.html

I agree with you. I found them at Rite-Aid one day and figured I might as well try them. They are about as close to a "candy bar" as we are allowed. I now found them at Walmart and they are only 96 cents there. There are 15 grams of protein per bar and 14 vitamin and minerals. They are filling. I love them.
