frustratedI am 10 weeks out and
Donald,
I suggest that you call your surgeon. You may have developed a stricture which is a narrowing of your stoma. This could cause food to get stuck, nausea, and vomiting. Your doc will most likely schedule an endoscopy so he can see if there is a narrowing. If he finds it he does a dilitation/stretching of the area so it is "normal" size. I had this happen to me and after the endoscopy, I thought to myself "why did I wait so long". You will feel so much better in the end. Good luck and keep us informed.
Hugs, Lisa

Donald,
I agree with Lisa - definitely call the office - someone is on call - they're always there for us!! I know everyone's journey into solid food is different but to me it definitely isn't normal - it could be something that needs immediate attention. Just call, if for no other reason than to ease your mind!!
Good luck & let us know how you make out.

Donald...
can you drink all fluids in a day w/o issue? how about soft foods, sometimes certain people take longer than others to advance their diet, soemtimes it is trial and error, adding sauces, making meat moist and mroe rare in case of beef etc can hlep...if you do not think it is behavioral (eating too much, too fast or not chewing well enough), look at an angry pouch (one who vomited) can stay that way for a day.. going back to fluids can help warm soothing liquids, strained soups, broth, decaf teas etc.. then try again with yogurt then advance...
Calling the surgeon is also a great idea a scope may be needed, especially f your not able to keep fluids down!
Keep us posted, it is frustrating and usually once iossue addreessed either stretch stricuture or time it all resolves!
