Went to Saranac on Tuesday and they are sending my letter to BC/BS . I hope its not a long wait to get my approval. I'm pretty excited to get my date. I am down 18 pounds so far.

The waiting to hear *your approved* is soooo hard! Hang in there and keep busy and stay focused you are doing great 18 pounds down - pre-op yippeeeee :) Good Job!

Glad to hear, you are almost there. I saw Dr. Hixson on a Friday and called the insurance company on Thursday and was told I was already approved. Next week give them a call. They gave me tentative dates too--so you will know around when your surgery will be. They gave me Nov. 14 and I had the surgery on Nov. 20. Keep up the good work. Keep me updated. Christine
