Karen, I want to wish you the best of luck with your surgery. PLEASE make sure someone updates us on your progress (have your daughter call me and I will be happy to post.)  I hope you are able to enjoy your Passover Seders. I am having company over my house Saturday night to celebrate.  I will be thinking about you and praying for your speedy recovery. BIG HUGS! Lisa

Good luck, my surgeon said the op only takes 2 1/2 hrs for procedure hopefully yours wont take as long.  As for the anxiety i am understanding that mor and more my date is 9 days from now and the waiting wears on your nerves.

Thanks, Ken.  Actually mine is 4 hours--I wonder what they'll be doing all that time, but I'm getting a "ladies only" procedure as well.  Your date is fast approaching--I wish YOU a textbook surgery and easy recovery.

Hi Mary,   I'm excited for you.  if they serve gefilte fish, don't feel bad if you don't care for it...it's definately one of those things that I think you have to eat from birth to develop a taste for.  My kids won't touch the stuff; I didn't serve it to them early enough!  I'l looking forward to eating litle bits of eveything (well, almost). Just finished cooking my brisket, yum!   but it's truly the seder itself, the telling of the Jews leaving Egypt that I love best.  Amazing, the holiday actually means more to me than the food! thanks for your good wishes & let me know your impressions of the seder. take care,
