Can you believe it? 1 year ago today you started your this life changing path and girl have you changed!!! You are at that gym every day your schedule allows and you are committed to your new healthy lifestyle. No I cannot believe it a whole year has passed and me Lori is at goal and SKINNY!!!!!!!!!! it is so nice to say that. I could not have gotten through the rough times without you.
