Hello All ~Hugs~ I hope you all are doing well....... Just wanted to stop in and see what everyone is working on this week?
My goals this week are:
1. Drink all my water that I should, cut back on the Diet Coke and any caffeine drinks, sticking with the water, teas and crystal light. 2. Trying to keep busy with work outside or walking the doggies until I get back on track into some work out plan. 3. Making better food choices in general. OK who is next? ~Hugs~
Your goals sound good Deb. I have improve on my water intake too...., so my goals are:
1) Take advantage of the good weather and walk, walk, walk!
2) Start increasing water intake by drinking 4 cups only water, and the rest in decaf sugar free drinks
3) Try not to get wrapped up in other people's psychosis and neurosis.
Number three will be the hardest!!!

Things are good here!!
My goals this week are:
- Try to keep the grazing under control (the urge coincides with TOM - ugh!!)
- Get in more water... I've been slacking off during the day!
- Now that the weather is warming up it's time to walk, walk, walk!! Once I get back from San Fran I am joining Curves... it's a good start & better than nothing!!! I liked the place the last time I went there!!
