myself and my mom

Hello!  I cannot believe my surgery is Tuesday.  I am all approved, and had my pre op with Dr Clarke.  It almost didnt happen...lomg story...but he ended up telling he he would see me Tuesday.  I couldnt be happier.  I am not all nervous, yet... just stressed about all I have going on.  I will be missing 32 hours of school time that I have to make up, we are moving the week of my surgery (well hubby will be doing that), and everything else!!! Wish me luck please...cant wait till support group on Monday, Im bringing a new person, and she is excited too!

My mom DID have a stricture and she was VERY dehydrated.  They gave her 2L of fluid, and did the first of 2 balloon procedured.  She is home and feeling a lot better.  Thanks for all your prayers!

Kristy, I am happy that you are all approved seeing Dr. Clarke on Tuesday .     Everything will go just fine and your hubby will get you moved and be taking care of everything else!   As far as I know I am going to the support group meeting.    I will see you then.

Kristy, I will be having my surgery with Dr. Clarke on Thursday, so if you are still there maybe we will run into each other walking in the halls.  I hope that all goes smoothly for you on Tuesday.  I really am not nervous yet, I guess I just feel that I am doing the right thing for me.  I am sure that Wednesday evening and Thursday morning I will be nervous, but that is just normal.
