Input Needed - Rehab Centers in NY?

Does anyone have any personal experience with any of the rehab facilities that specialize in the needs of the morbidly obese?  Whether you were a patient, knew a patient or are familiar with the environment, all input is appreciated.  The specific facilities that I am inquiring about are:

Brookhaven Rehab and Health Center - Far Rockaway, NY
Avalon Gardens Rehab and Health Center - Smithtown, NY

I only know about Brookhaven because it was on TV during that show-seemed like they cared...but didn't seem like they were exactly suv=ccessful- or maybe they only showed the bad stuff- it makes sense for the show's premise
