Nice Jamie, and very timely. I'm working hard on the first one about forgiveness this week. A real challenge, but anger is consuming and wasting good energy and I want to find a way to move away from it in my life.

Amy..hey hugs dear friend, anger will pass and I think is necessary to recover and heal..just not being in it to long when it turns to embitterment! Be well.........Forgiving ourselves is a place to start to heal IMHO!
