Feedback on Lutheran hospital in Brooklyn

I am having the gastric sleeve with Dr. Ferzli at Lutheran Hospital in Brooklyn on Wed.  I am new to this message board and am suddenly afraid the care during the 2 night stay in the hospital may not be what I had hoped.  Can anyone share their experiences with this? Also, I heard that once you are in recovery you can request a private room and pay extra.  I am considering this so someone can stay overnight with me.  Anyone know how hard it is to get one of these private rooms (I had surgery at Roosevelt in Manhattan 5 months ago and the private conceriege wing was GREAT).  Thanks.
