SCARY! What can we learn from this?

Karen - This just reminds all of us  that this is a tool. I've seen this happen first hand. I am 5 years out . My boyfriends's sister had her rny 2 months before I did. She lost over 100+ pounds but slowly over the last 3 years she has gained it all back. She has a lot of emotional issues which  seemed to get  m worst wls.  My thought is she could no longer eat to solve her problem so she started other destructive behaviors, at 40 she became an alcoholic. Which was scary for me since she never had a problem preop with alcohol. A lot of people think this surgery will cure everything, but it won't. We have to deal with why we got this fat to begin with, so we don't go back there again. And we need to change change our self destructive and defeating behaviors.
