AMC 1 year+ out WLS Support group Monday 3/10/08 6:30-8pm

PLEASE join this important support group. One year after bariatric surgery different issues can emerge. The honeymoon may be over or waning, regain may be a concern or reality, emotional eating issues are resurfacing, relationship issues, body image issues, possibly addictions, nutritional issues (i.e. vitamin/mineral concerns), excess skin/plastic surgery concerns may be emerging.

Support can be one of the factors that can ensure your success longterm so WLS is not a failed 1 yr diet attempt! Come and offer support, strength and hope to others. Find here a safe place to discuss these challenges and ways to overcome them TOGETHER!

I am aware many feel great at 1 yr, some are ashamed of regain and stay away, others feel as though they have outgrown the usual WLS support group that is full of different issues of the newer postops/preops. If this sounds like you please come and make this group a success! I am soliciting topics and hope you can make it, it is an investment in yourself you can not miss!
