Hi! I am almost  14 months out (wow that went quick!) I have been staying steady at my current weight which I am so happy with. I want to lose about 5 more lbs- but that will come off. My problem is I am noticing that I eat so much more and I get hungry faster- it seems I am so much more hungry during the day. I do not want to gain any weight back. Did I stretch my pouch? How do I stop being so hungry? I am starting to worry!! Thanks,   Tara

Hi girls!  Yes, it's me actually posting! lol  Boy, did you girl**** a nerve with me! I have been having the same issue......hunger!  ..and it's in the form of that darn carb monster!  It all started around the holidays......a little pick here, a little pick there........So, the ugly result is I am up almost 5lbs since Thanksgiving.  (up from 109lbs to 113.5 and believe me 113.5 is great, like a miracle......but like Tara I am starting to worry too!) I am afraid of---no, terrified of going back to the "old" ways.  I will crank up the exercise and I am definitely going to do the 5 day pouch test.  Already set the site to my favorites.  Thanks, Britt for that site!  and thanks for sharing on your page......you inspire me and help me to know that what I'm going through is  "normal" and that I am certainly in good company! :)  Tara, you go girl!!!!  The weather will be getting nice very soon so let's walk and dump those 5lbs together!  Again, Congrats to you!  (wink, wink) With lots of admiration, love and thankfulness to my supportive RNY friends, Britt and Tara! xox Linda
