Hello Tara! YOU are not alone my friend! I am currently doing the 5 day pouch test. To get back on track. It is HELPING, and i don't feel HUNGRY and I am not craving the :nono: foods I know what you mean with the hunger. UGH!!!! The key is proetin - protein - protein - protein and fiber to keep you feeling full longer.
