how much weight lost in..

I know it is different for everyone but I was wondering what the average weight to lose in 3 months would be.  The reason why Iam wondering is I booked a trip out to CA 3 months after my surgeory and Im worrying how confortable I will feel on the plane.  As of right now, I fit in the seats but they are uncomfortable and the seatbelt is really tight...my hips hurt too.  I was hoping to lose 40 by then.  It will exectly 3 months after surgoury..Im 5 10 and I just hit 300lbs. joy

Joy, Congrats on your loss so far!! Keep up the great work!!!  I think when I was 3 mos post-op I was down 102lbs (included pre-op loss of 43lbs).  I don't think anyone is truly comfy in a plane unless they are in 1st class!!! But it shouldn't be too bad by then!! Go & have fun - don't worry about it!! Cece

I'm 3 months out.  I started at 310.  I've lost 50# since surgery.  I think you'll be fine :)

I am a little over 3 months and I have lost 51 pounds so far.  I am down 66 pounds including post-op weight loss. Good luck to you on surgery. Christine

I am 3 months post op and 50 pound lighter.  I went to the local theater it was wonderful to "fit" in the seat and not feel like I am sitting on the person next to me. I think you will be fine.
