I was so glad to see the information on Dr.Baiju C. Gohil and the subject topic of weight gain after RNY. I am one such person and it is truly plaguing me on how I can get this weight off. I had the operation and didn't really lose much weight . A couple of years later after inquiring at another medical facility was told I had a fistula, It was "REPAIRED" . However, I still haven't lost any weight and need , want and desperately pleading for help. My pressure is so high again,I;m anemic, and suffer with SEVERE back and leg pain. I do not want to live like this..morbidly obese in pain..existing off of medications. I have a quest and zest for life., and know I have so much living to do. ( I have 11 children (1 still under age), 30 grands and in 6 months will be a great grand mom). I have motivation and hope that if anyway possible Dr. Gohil and/or any other bariatric doctor can and will help me. I am now pending SSI due to my pressure & back pain. I am not a sit down and back kind of person and refuse to become complacent with that decision . I've always worked 2-3 jobs at one time and want to again( well work 2 and volunteer at the hospice).
