Happy Thursday to you too!!! It is a nice, bright, sunny cold day but at least it's not snowing!! Ahh - yesterday... it was Gril Scout Cookie delivery day around here... not good!!! I will say that I didn't do what I would have done in the past... eat several boxes over the course of a day or 2!! Thank god for that!! So here's the damage... B - weight control oatmeal
L - chicken cutlet stuffed w/ smoked provolone, prosciutto & asparagus!!! YUMMO!!
S - over the course of the afternoon... 3 tagalongs... but dang, they tasted good!! Thank god I didn't buy any!!!
D - balsamic grilled pork chop, spinach & applesauce & a forkful of sauerkraut (brave aren't I?)
I guess it wasn't too bad... 3 cookies beats 3 boxes!!!

Well here i am. I am back and trying to eat right. after 4 years it is so hard but I can not slip again. Yes I know its wrong but i still do it. grrr... as we speak my husband is making bad bad chocolate ice cream i have to stay far away from that stuff. i think i did ok for my first day back doing fitday... I can't remember what I ate today. I had a killer mid term exam and studied till my eyes were spinning. My goal is to get on the treadmill tomorrow and drink my 6-8 of water.
