Happy Thursday all ~hugs~ OK what I had yesterday: B- Archiev Protein Drink (early am)  1 hr later, 2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 banana S-1 string cheese, 3 pretzel rods L- 4 oz chicken, green beans, 12 grapes S- 1 pk pb cheese crackers D- grilled cheese sandwich, 1 pickle Got to the end of the day and I ended with a major carb fix. It is so right about once you have them you want more for sure. GOAL: Good thing is I threw away my sugar filled treats!!! I tossed them in the garbage on Tues! Had enough and taking the control BACK. Water: 50 oz, 24 oz caffeine free Diet Coke Exercise: n/a OK who is next??? ~hugs~

Happy Thursday to you too!. Yesterday: Breakfast  : Protein shake w/ 8 oz. of skim milk Lunch : S/F yogurt w/ raisins and nuts Snack : Three (3) servings of planters peanuts w/ salt & oil Dinner : Green beans and 3 oz. chicken cutlet. Snack : 1 whole banana, Six (6) s/f icepops. Beverage : 60 oz. of decaf tea 2 bottles of water Exercise: 2 mile fast pace walk/run (Brrrrr) 300 steps on stepper 50 crunches on the "Bean" Vitamins : Took all Calcium, Multi, B-12 sublingual Goal :  Positive outlook. Concentrate on all the good things in my life and remember to be grateful. Next-------------------------------------------------------------?

Happy Thursday to you too!!! It is a nice, bright, sunny cold day but at least it's not snowing!! Ahh - yesterday... it was Gril Scout Cookie delivery day around here... not good!!! I will say that I didn't do what I would have done in the past... eat several boxes over the course of a day or 2!! Thank god for that!! So here's the damage... B - weight control oatmeal

L - chicken cutlet stuffed w/ smoked provolone, prosciutto & asparagus!!! YUMMO!!

S - over the course of the afternoon... 3 tagalongs...  but dang, they tasted good!! Thank god I didn't buy any!!! D - balsamic grilled pork chop, spinach & applesauce & a forkful of sauerkraut (brave aren't I?) I guess it wasn't too bad... 3 cookies beats 3 boxes!!!  Have a great day y'all!! Cece

Well here i am. I am back and trying to eat right. after 4 years it is so hard but I can not slip again. Yes I know its wrong but i still do it. grrr... as we speak my husband is making bad bad chocolate ice cream i have to stay far away from that stuff.  i think i did ok for my first day back doing fitday... You go girl! I love throwing things out! I even rented a dumpster to get rid of my old life and make room for my new one!

I can't remember what I ate today. I had a killer mid term exam and studied till my eyes were spinning. My goal is to get on the treadmill tomorrow and drink my 6-8 of water.
