Here are my befores and after at 6 weeks....
I am very happy and excited that I can finally see a difference now. I feel so great and am excited to see how this keeps going. I have lost 45 pounds in 6 weeks and I never ever thought that it would be possible. I can't yet figure out how to put these on my profile since they are bitmap but here are the links for now...the first 2 are before and the other 2 afters. Thanks!!

Hello! ![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/wavey.gif)
Photos are a powerful way to assist us in 'seeing the differences' I recommend you keep aking them every month at least!
I can see the changes as well and you were/are beautiful! ![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/smile.gif)
One tip on pictures on your computer can you say save as and have an option of tpe of file (jpeg or bitmap etc) try jpeg file and thenupload to OH!![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/grad.gif)
One other tip to keep assisting your brain that slow organ to change on keeping up with your body is LOOKING at yourself DAILY in front of a full length mirror naked. I highly recommend this as something that can help as I have/still do it and it certainly helped greatly! As the mirrors and photos and measurements were things many of us avoided in the past so we have distortions preop!
Ok be well!![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/angel.gif)
