Hello All
~hugs~
Ok, what I eat yesterday:
B- Archeiv one protein drink
S- 1 oz pretzels, some popcorn a little later!
L- Left over chicken stir fry (homemade), no rice.
S- 1 string cheese
D- broiled sea scallops with fries, picked at the veggies.
S- 1 oz Sun Chips
Throughout the day I was picking on choc's
Water: 32 oz, - caffeine Diet Coke 24 oz, - Diet coke 20 oz.
Exercise: n/a
GOAL: Start back on my treadmill to get back into the workout habit. Try eating better though I really want to work on the working out first.

I can not even begin to think about what I ate yesterday! Ehh ghads!
I can recall so far today what I have had:
Fluids:
water 4 cups
Chai Decaf Tazo tea two 20 oz mugs each with 4 splenda packets and 1/4 cup 1/2 and 1/2
Breakfast:
8am
*ducking* Aunt Jemima frozen breakfast sandwich sausage/egg/cheese on griddlecakes
350 cal
20g fat
7g sat fat
30g carbs
11g sugar
13g protein

Exercise: 10-11am
Walked mall with friend 4 laps=4 miles in about an hour
Ran into some hypoglycemia 1015a (dizzy/spacey feeling, sweating terrible) stopped in GNC bought a lo carb protein bar that was 23g protein, 300 cal and 0g sugar as all sugar alcohols, ate 3/4 to feel normal)
Lunch: 1130am
Ate at '99' w/ friend
3 cups water
1 cup seafood chowder
few bites of popcorn
1 crab cake appetizer
3 french fries
we split the french dip (roastbeef, cheese, onions on roll with aujus sauce/horseradish sauce)
I couldn't even eat 2 bites of my half
345pm protein shake
1 scoop PVL blueberry 23g protein 120 cal 3 g carbs
3 ice cubes 3 frozen strawberries
1T flax seed ground
3 glugs SF peach syrup
1 tsp /ffwhite choc pudding powder
8 oz water in magic bullet
Dinner will be grilled zucchini and chicken thighs boneless/skinless I have in crockpot with BBQ sauce (to cook I'll wipe exccess off!)

I can't even bring myself to tell you guys what I ate yesterday - nothing bad (mostly protein & veggies) but it felt like I was grazing all day!! (I did track it in fitday so it wasn't too bad but...) I am finding that around this "time of the month" I start this grazing thing!! WTF??? I didn't even realize I was doing it but when it hit me I was pissed at myself!!! I have got to figure out a way to kick this habit now before it gets too bad!!! Thank god I am still in the "honeymoon" phase of surgery & can't go overboard without paying the consequences
but I can see this being a BIG problem down the road especially since I don't seem to have a problem with sugar/sweets (none in the house thankfully)!!! I am determined to do better today but if anyone has any suggestions to make it stop please share!!!
