Insurance Pays for Adjustment???

I had surgery at Lawrence Hospital (Bronxville, NY) with Columbia U Center.  The surgery was covered but every adjustment and visit to the nutritionist was NOT and cost $80-$200 OUT OF POCKET.  This is disgraceful.  Does anyone know of a physician in 914, 212, or 718 area codes that adjust the band and also accept medial insurance?  Out of curiousity if you have the same problem I'd like to know about it to see just how widespread this problem is.  Feel free to respond to [email protected]

I use Dr Mcmullen in Staten Island and she charges 125.00 for an adjustment. I just asked at the office if she billed the ins and they said, no we this is OUR charge. I was going to call my ins and see if they cover it then maybe submit it.
