Just had surgery

Hello to all-I did review this site before my surgery but waited until now to join.  This may seem simplistic but when will things change for the better-I had the surgery Wednesday night at Cornell w/Dr. Dakin-I got home only yesterday & I know that any recovery will take time but I am hoping for some honest support & answers-I had a sleeve procedure & my biggest concern so far is the bloating-I can handle(I hope & pray) the diet aspects but the bloating is my biggest concern-it has decreased somewhat but when might more changes occur about it. I thank one & all for any info you have & hope to talk to you in the future             Oochie

congrats on your surgery! I didn't have the same surgery as you so I can't answer your specific question but hang in there. From my experience with surgery I can honestly say that every day will be better than the one before it. Hope you get the answer that you are looking for.

I didn't have your same surgery...but, yes, it does take some time to recover.  Just take a day at a time...follow the dr's instructions...and you should be feeling like yourself in no time.  We are here for ya! Rosemary
